I did several power modifications to Four Winds 23' Class C. These smaller rigs don't usually include the advance features you can add to the big ones.

Here is my list of upgrades:
Surge protector with display installed on the 30 Amp hook up line. This unit is mounted near the power system, Cut the hook up line and inserted this in series. It is not protecting the generator circuit.
Progressive Industries EMS-HW30C

Inverter
1500 watts true sine wave. Installed one plug located in the isle just back from the drivers seat. Has remote power switch. The unit is next to the power distribution panel. I used the existing hole to route 12 battery cable under the coach. Fed plus line directly to the Battery then neg when to coach frame.

Meters
The surge protector has a meter but only show when connected to external power. I added the other LCD meter to the main 120 VAC line to show both generator and external power loads. It also doubles as night light but is under the kitchen table.
