Welcome Rob; I notice you have no responses yet on your fridge issue. I assume your class C fridge is a typical propane/electric (AC and/or DC) but you did not mention the manufacturer. Does it work on propane, but not AC? Can you hear the propane working if you listen outside on the fridge grill? You need to give some trouble details to help folks help you. Maybe it is working on both Propane and AC, but it is not cooling as low as it should?

The best thing to start with is to determine make and model and try to find the vendors documentation on line. Usually the vendor provides details on proper operation and troubleshooting typical problems. Sometimes the problem may be just something simple like making sure your coach use/store or Coach Battery latching relay is "on" while using the fridge; or simply replacing the thermostat. There are some very good videos on line too, that can assist you with getting some more cold into your kitchen.
