It's the design of the sofa bed with it's dangly legs. They install the largest bed possible, which may make contact with cabinets, or furniture, (as in your case), during the setup process if not very careful.

There have been other floorplans with similar issues as well. The sofa bed legs on my 34e will bang against the dry bar cabinet doors if I'm not careful.
