Your other question: Yes there is no proper drainage for the A/C condensation so it just goes where it wants to (usually right over the door).
Thanks JamieGeek! I did download Ed's owner's manual and I think I've already referenced it about 50 times!

Re: the cold air leak, I was referring to the OP comment "Roof A/C cold air lear: sealed and modified". I had not come across this issue before and was wondering if I needed to look into it.
