A new Myers RV opened up in Harrisburg, PA (about 1/4 mile from CW).

We dropped our 29M off last Friday, with 9 issues (also needed oil change & state inspection)....so let's call it 11 items.

The catch is that we've had a trip to Florida planned for early November.
It's something we've really planned on for awhile.

Of the items, the biggest concern was that our Full Wall Slide was sticking.
We've had both motors stick at one time or another.

I even had to get out and push it back in manually while I was demonstrating the problem for them last week.

Based on past experience with CW, I told them the priorities were the wall slide and inspection and I could live/manage around everything else.

To my surprise, they called me today (half a week later) & said EVERYTHING was completed.

I drove over this afternoon to pick it up (a little skeptical)...I waited on CW for 3 months for 5-6 items.

To my amazement, the wall slide worked again, the flashing code on the slide controller was no longer there.

The entry door (that used to stick constantly) also seems much smoother.
The bowing of the wall in the hallway was repaired.
All the levelers seem to be working again.

We are so excited to be able to hit the road with a fully functioning RV again!

I do understand that this maintenance period didn't require any new items shipped from the factory, just some technical know how.

But still, for a brand new shop with tons of new business already (there's not an open spot on the lot), I am seriously impressed.

Good to hear! Just bought a new unit through them.
