Where have you been? The "Halloween Season" has been going for over a month now.
Around these parts its known as "Angel's Night" as the city of Detroit had a terrible "Devil's Night" arson problem. Over several years the city worked really hard with extra patrols and citizen patrols to finally switch that over.. Now there is an average number of arson's on 10/30 ! LOL
