I bought at 2016 Palazzo. It must have been built on Friday the 13th. I have never taken a trip where something has not broken. Thor Tech support has promised the world but does not deliver.
My batteries were wired backwards from the factory and even Thor Factory Service didn't fix it when I went there for charging problems (among other things).
Now every time I go down the road I blow the #11 fuse...so when I stop heat/ac and slides do not work until I crawl under the bed and replace the fuse.
I'm on pins and needles every time I take a trip, just waiting for the other shoe to drop.
What's not going to work when I pull into the campground?
