I guess the more glaring issue is the huge dent in the furnace unit. There’s no way that happened driving down the road. I suppose I’ve just been raised to take pride in my work. I couldn’t, in good faith, allow something like that to be installed with my name on it. I realize that not everyone looks at the world the way I do! It’s an easy fix, no doubt. It’s just another glimpse into the “let’s get it out the door” world of RV manufacturing.
