Hello to all....after driving trucks for 42 years I let the wife talk me into buying an RV (never thought it would happen LOL). We purchased a 2018 Thor Four Winds 24 WS on a Mercedes chassis. Have had a few small problems but nothing that was serious. Passenger window wouldn't work, the door panel had been removed and the wiring plug was left unhooked. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed needed adjusted, had to move the striker plate. Thor left one of the decals off, after nothing from C W, I contacted the factory and they sent me one, which I installed. Lots of dropped screws, nails and construction trash in every nook and cranny. Overall we are happy with it so far ,just a few hiccups.
