Most any Ford dealer service dept. should be able to handle your routine service...and they'll know what type oil, etc., you'll need to keep your warranty in effect. Mine, in Deland, FL, can't get my Axis inside their building but they drain and change the oil outside. Only limitation is rainy days. And, they are about half the cost than having it done at RV dealer.
