Your experience with issues, good or not so good, really is related to the dealer you are working with. I had a number of issues with ours that first year, but our dealer made it almost transparent, they did all the dealing with Thor, and fixed everything. The fact they have a great tech that worked on it helped too. He had a lot of pride in the work he did, and always would make a point to talk to me about exactly what he did, and how he did it.
