We had a similar issue when the back up and side cameras on our Windsport 29M (same model Axxera system as your coach) quit working. Well, they would kinda sorta work sometimes then quickly go to a "No Signal" error message. Are you getting any kind of message? In our case, we were told there was a bent connector. Presumably the service tech straightened it and things are working fine now. I'm not sure if this is a DIY fix since it might be tricky getting that screen out of the dash. I watched the tech do it the first time as we had other issues with it literally the day we drove it home.
I did see where someone on this forum had great luck in emailing Axxera so there's that....
