I prefer everything staying full all the time (including the fridge). You never know when you may need to jump and run with little or no warning, a bad storm hits, furnace at home takes a dirt road, major power outage, etc. Anytime there is vacant space in any tank filled with liquid you are susceptible to moisture...but propane is probably on the bottom of that list.
