When you say drain hoses are you referring to your "low point" drain lines. If so, if those weren't shut off completely you would likely hear your water pump cycling and see water on the ground...not in the wet bay.

If you're hooked to city water you obviously wouldn't hear the pump cycle but would still have water on the ground. If it is not on the ground I suspect you have a loose crimp connector behind the Kant Leak Panel or perhaps where the lines connect to the panel itself.

Use your cell phone camera and take a look behind that panel. You should find several lines, like garden hose connections, screwed to the back of this panel. One of these connections may simply need to be tightened.
