You probably do not need to replace your batteries. The system monitors both the chassis battery and the house batteries. If your coach has been sitting for awhile and you just started the engine, you should wait for the voltage to stabilize before attempting a retraction. If you have drawn the house batteries down, the engine's alternator will supply the required voltage after about 2.5 minutes to the house batteries and you won't get the low voltage warning. The system warns anytime the batteries' voltages are below 12.7 volts, but will continue to operate until it sees a voltage below about 12.1 volts.
