Non-weight Tire PSI

were going on a short trip (~300 miles one way) in about a week and i noticed the tires on the 31E looked a little flat-like; especially the rear dualies . i want to top them off before getting out on the road.

i know the proper way to do it. get your rig fully loaded, weighed, run it by the GVWR and other numbers and then look it up via Tire data to determine the correct PSI.

what i want to know is if there is a way to do it without weight and without the max sidewall PSI. i know i need to do it properly, i just haven't loaded the RV yet.

also i know to fill them cold. would the tire be considered warm if its been sitting in the sun for a few hours?

and finally, what about filling them while the jacks are extended? or does the coach have to be on the tires to fill them?
