I really doubt it. But if that's a concern simply mix some liquid detergent with water or some car wash with some water in a spray bottle.

All you are doing is creating a slippery surface so the caulking won't stick to it.

Countertop to backsplash etc this method works well.

Trick is to apply an even as possible bead.

All I can say is practice on something!!!
