Yep this was one of my mods last spring as well. I used the reinforsed nylon watersafe hose (wont kink) and did a big loop on the inlet and output so it had plenty of flex for the water pump.

Then mounted the water pump on a small piece of plywood covered with sound deading insulaton on both sides. I bolt the WP to that board then the board to the floor that way the vibrations could not transmit.

I finished it off with the surflow accumulator tank and i used about 2 foot in foam pipe insualtion on both side of the water pump as well (why not - I had it on had anyway).

All of this quiet the WP down and the accumulator tank took care of the surging.

One of wifes favorite mods. It drove us crazy before.
