You might want to check the recalls on line per attached hyperlink for the 2013 ACE (or any other RV for that matter). There was also a recall on the BCC (Battery Control system) several years ago that does not show on the NHTSA view that I can see, but I did not dig into it.....but be aware of that if you did not hear anything on that either. This wiper recall calls for inspection by a Dealer which may result in no action required or total replacement of the wiper system.....they don't say what specifically they are looking for. If you are already having wiper issues and did not receive the recall notice yet, I would contact Thor with your VIN and ask for authorization to take the coach in to your Dealer ASAP. So far our 2013 ACE wipers have been fine in many monsoons over the years.....knock on wood.
