Another good website for finding campgrounds is:
RV Park Reviews - Trusted Reviews of Campgrounds & RV Parks
(You'll see it advertised on the site here as its run by the same people as the thorforums; I'm not affiliated with either, however.)
That site is like yelp for campgrounds--use it when you're looking for a paid campground (it won't rate Walmarts, or Cracker Barrels, etc.). I use it for just about every trip we take (so long Woodalls!).
