Henry's RV Member Brand: Thor Motor Coach Model: Citation 24SR State: New Mexico Posts: 35 THOR #2570	You've probably figured it out by now, but my guess is as pointed out above - a loose nut or screw would allow the key to turn without the arm on the inside moving into lock/unlock position. Tightening it all up (one Phillips screw, one nut around the shaft of the lock on the inside) may take care of it for you. __________________
