A travel trailer has no way to level side-to-side except to drive the wheels up on leveler blocks on the low side, either homemade or store bought.

A MH has these big hydraulic cylinders that allow you to lift the low sides to level it.

The scissor jacks you may see on travel trailers are not levelers, they are stabilizers. They are not to be used to support or lift the weight of the trailer,
