Good decision and best option. I drove 800 miles in December for a small punch list I had been tallying for 6 months. Best service experience ever. They only took a day and a half for repairs plus they do a complete "tune up" and re-check all components. They even made a couple updates on stuff for free (cabinet/drawer latches to a newer style, replaced awning motor with a questionable batch that got out, etc). Their motto..."we didn't build your coach but we can fix it". They really care and the appointment system they go by is a accurate as a hospital surgery center. You will be taken in the day and hour they say and they appoint one technician to oversee everything...every repair is double check by other techs.
