Generator/Battery question

Hello all have a 15 Challenger KT and I have a frozen battery (House). My plan is to remove both battery's.

Can I still start the generator (using a jump pack)? Will it be an issue running Generator or RV motor with out house battery's?

Add on questions is Im thinking of adding a shut off switch in battery compartment a larger batteries. Any thoughts

Thanks KC
