The RV Custom Products board? (big black box in the outside compartment under the driver's seat) That does contain the solenoids used to switch use/store and the emergency start switch. Not sure that is the source of your problems, however, since everything dying wouldn't be one fuse but more like the connection to the battery itself (e.g. the 100amp breaker or a wire coming loose).
