Also added some caulk / spray foam where the body (Walls) meet the floor and to the cargo boxes to help seal out water and bugs.

When and if we ever sell these things, we can list them as "Thor Forum Certified". That in itself would speak many upgrades and improvements and maybe they'd be worth a few thousand more.
