My guess is you have a parasitic load drawing down the chassis battery over a 5 day period. You could also have a weak chassis battery.
The chassis battery is not charged when connected to shore power. The motorhome includes a battery isolator that keeps the chassis and house batteries separate when the engine is not running. The battery isolator is explained in relative detail on page 96 of the owner's manual.
