I did this by communicating via email. One time the dealership said that they hadn't received a major part (hood) while at the same time Thor told me that it had been shipped and the dealer should have received it... Sent the email from Thor to them and later got the answer, they searched their parts room and found it. Yes, those little parts like a hood are easily overlooked....
