Good to know.... Stay warm. If I had the time to take off I would have done the same thing (Drive to MI for install).
Yeah when I called them up (last year) to order my system they were super nice and answered all of my question. Then I had to call them back for a new control board (one of the LED lights was not working) and they sent me a new one (for FREE) within 2 days.
Oh yeah I also had TWO hydraulic lines leaking (I might have tighten them too much on install??) and they send me two sets (4 lines) for free the next day.
Super awesome customer service.
Test you system a few times before you leave and check for leaks. The system will move slower at zero degrees so keep that in mind.
