I could understand the mapping error if it were a new road, but it's been there since colonial days. The bad weather is my excuse for not seeing the bridge from the previous high point in the roller-coaster-style road, but that's why I paid extra for the Good Sam version of the GPS.
In short, even those units aren't reliable.
