12 volt power issues
I am trying to install two 12V Maxxair MaxxFans in mine 2015 Axis 24.1 Both, existing vent openings are prewired for new fans. To test the new fan I have connected the wires at the front opening but nothing would work. I checked the voltage to see only 8.7V. I checked the home batteries and I had 13.7V there. So, I removed the cover at the other opening in the back of the coach and I had there healthy 13.3V. New fan worked just fine. Any suggestions why there is a drop in voltage between these two points? Where and what else I should check?
