Well here you go:
A 1.5" valve for the grey tank (Amazon) and a 3" valve for the black tank (Amazon).

Here is the manufacturer's site (with manuals) so you can check them out before buying.

Edit: Looking closer these actually don't replace the valves--they just mount to them and open/close them. This is a much easier installation in that you don't have to disassemble the valves to put them on.
