Suggest you rent an RV (or several) before you buy one. You'll learn about your preferences. Consider a good used rig for your first RV. Hopefully, most of the initial issues will have been resolved. Plus, your service provider choices are much broader.
Dealers vary widely in many ways. The one you mentioned, C world has made a lot of folks upset. But they are masters at the sales process!
