Thanks all for the welcoming responses - I can see this forum is going to be a HUGE help. I've already posted a query about a freeze coming here next week and gotten some great advice about keeping things in order.
The
really big trip will come in a few months when we re-locate to northern MI for the summer/fall season, and hopefully by then I'll have a LOT more experience driving/operating things.
