Do you mean intentionally or accidentally?
Accidentally: When a coach is new sometimes debris gets stuck in the pump allowing the fresh water tank to backfill from the city water (through the pump).
Intentionally: Some people have put in a feed back line from the pressurized cold water lines back to the antifreeze injection point before the pump (have to put some valves in as well) so you can do that.
