I had done the dynamat on my doghouse too and also added Dynamat 11905 Hoodliner 32" x 54" x 3/4" Thick Self-Adhesive Sound Deadener (Amazon) for added heat protection and more sound deadening. It made a world of difference and after 10K miles has held up perfectly. No heat issues with the engine and it's relatively quiet (so to speak) inside. For under the coach, I sprayed a heat resistant rubberized coating which not only keeps down road noise, but also keeps some sound down.
