Roof inspection time!

Reminder to all my Thor friends, now that the weather is starting to improve, to get up on your roof for a look-see. I got on mine and inspected it on my hands and knees and found a couple of “suspect” seams. Most dealers won’t tell you that roof sealing is an ongoing maintenance item. The warranty is only for 3 months and from experience I can tell you that things can change up there that often. Leaks are (usually) not hard to find or fix but can (WILL) be devastating in short order once they start. Don’t use silicone for repairs. Use self leveling lap sealant sold expressly for RV roofs. Have fun!
