It's sad when you have to rave a business for just doing what they get paid to do. Reminds me of everyone getting a participation trophy. CW complaints are just like any others. Only the people that felt they got short changed are the ones that will trash them...then, you have to hear the "other side" of the story to qualify it. Like any other business, it's very specific to each location.
