@Walker @wingnut60 do you see these as exceptions or something more systemic? We’re within 30-45 days of making our decision WRT whether we go DRV or Riverstone. DRV will be pre-owned, Riverstone most likely new. Not hearing of any systemic issues from Riverstone owners but enough alarm bells from DRV owners to warrant further consideration. Rotting slide floors due to water intrusion is a concern.
