Well checked your floor plan on line and it looks like the shower and sink are on rear outside corner of the passenger side of coach.......no slides there, so likely no kinking. Odd that the co located toilet works but not the other co-located fixtures (other than the non working items; also don’t have hot water either I assume?). Check under the sink to see if the shower is T’d off the sink pex lines......and if you have access to the up stream pex lines from there you could try a hair dryer.....assuming still frozen lines. Insulation is a wonderful thing........keeps things from freezing (cold out), but once they do freeze, it also keeps heat from getting in to thaw them out also. Just a guess. Pex is very freeze damage resistant, but if you thaw the pipes and water flows....check for leaks too.
