Rotting slide floors due to water intrusion is a concern.

It is systematic. I have an ongoing list of people that have had slide floors and roofs rot out within 1-4 years of purchase.
If I/we were to do it again, it would be different. We had our other brand unit totaled by insurance. To receive the replacement cost check our replacement RV had to be new and untitled of equal or greater value of our check. Because we were/are fulltime, we didn't have time to order thru a DRV dealer to make sure the unit was right, and we couldn't buy a used New Horizons, Teton, Travel Supreme, etc. So we bought off a dealer lot in Tampa that had the right floor plan, options, and available now.
Do your homework.
