OK that tells us that the starting circuit is probably good..
Next, put a voltmeter on the heavy battery wire at the starter.

If you have 12+ volts, try to start it and read VOM. No change ,solenoid or starter bad.
If it drops a lot then battery or wire is corroded in the crimps.

Ford use to use a auxiliary starter solinoid mounted on the inner fender. If no voltage at the starter then they are still using them. Try to start and see voltage again.
