I will most likely get this wrong but here goes. I used to have a 5th wheel with hyd. slides. Above the pump there was a manifold that directed the fluid to the correct location. Within that manifold was a hex screw that was the manual operational thing. I would have to get a drill (for the rpms) and use it to bring the slides in. Find the mfg of the slides and pump they should have the correct way to do it.
