I’m not sure who posted these two tidbits, but they were very helpful to a couple of “newbie” RVers.
1. We insulated the “doghouse” in our Thor Challenger, and noticed a major reduction in engine heat, and a considerable reduction in engine noise. This was suggested in a recent post.
2. A while back someone suggested that if you add laundry detergent and 5-10 gallons of water to waste tanks prior to a road trip, it cleans the tanks and helps get accurate readings on the monitor panel. It worked! We have accurate readings for the first time in 6 months!
