Welcome to the forum! Our Vegas 25.2 has served us well for almost 4 years, over 27,000 miles and around 300 nights. For us and the way we travel, it is a nice fit.
We have one of the first 2016 Vegas units, which has the higher windshield. It seems that something went wrong with the way those windshields were mounted, and most of us had them replaced under warranty, as they cracked from stress rather soon. I only recall one forum member that reported two windshields replaced.
We rarely use the drop down bed, and have had no issues with putting the back slide out at overnight stops at Wally's.
Do your homework by searching on this forum. Some owners have spent a bundle on suspension upgrades, and some have spent little or nothing. You'll never make it a sports car, but your $$ can improve handling to a degree. Most important is getting an alignment. I'd demand that in your purchase negotiations, even if it was done by the original owner when new.
