Same thing happened to our antenna on our 2018 29m, found out when we stopped getting any channels and I removed the antenna.

Once the bottom plastic had broken it allowed the antenna to turn far enough to break the very thin coax inside the antenna mast, all this happened because the antenna was mounted off center to the knob inside the rv, so it created a lot of pressure on the plastic flanges when turning the antenna.
