I’m really curious where you’ve gone with a car that a smallish van camper can’t fit? And how often does that come up?

I can imagine parking garages, and many fast food drive-thrus, but can’t think too many other places a 20-ft van that fits in a standard parking spot can’t go. Are you thinking mostly the added height, weight, propane, or something else?
