Don't follow exactly what you are saying. You are hooked to city water but you are not getting any water pressure from the pedestal? Are you running the pump while you are on city water? When hooked to city water when you open the valve outside on the pedestal your RV should be pressurized by the city water system. Are you saying you have no water pressure when you are hooked to city water and the valve at the pedestal is open?
