I surmise that you are not getting city water flow and only get water by running your pump. The pump only draws from the tank so it it’s no surprise that it’s depleting the fresh water tank supply. If your coach has a valve you use to fill the fresh water tank perhaps it has been left in the tank fill position instead of the “normal” position?
