Are you using a good quality dual action orbital buffer to get rid of the oxidation first? McGuire's has a marine-grade oxidation remover that I used on our Axis for the SoCal sun damage. After you get it back to where it actually has the oxidation gone, the only real answer is to get it out of the sun or you will be constantly fighting the battle.
